The Cornwall Place Board brings together people who care about the future of Cornwall and who wish to actively promote the Duchy as a great place to live and work.

Cornwall already has a vibrant visitor economy and high profile as a leading tourism destination. It has a large number of highly successful businesses across a wide number of sectors, but the perception of Cornwall remains more of a place for holidays and leisure, rather than of cutting edge technology and enterprise. By promoting our businesses, culture and spirit together we will have a much stronger voice, and potential customers and investors across the UK and further afield will start to take notice. We should be immensely proud of what we have in Cornwall, and be excited about our future. We can all tell this story – and this is central to the Place Board’s objectives.
